The practice had been coasting for some time and it had plateaued. As well as this we had had a number of new clinics open in our area, including a Greencross linked to the local Petbarn where all the puppies and kittens were going and we had no real idea how to turn things around. When the opportunity for doing the AMG came up we thought “we’ve got to do something – and this is worth a try”.
  
How would you describe your AMG experience?
• I would describe it as totally, incredibly positive. It works so well because of the combination of:
input at the weekends (which have been amazingly valuable and lots of fun).
• the regular “pulse checking” at the monthly accountability sessions which force us to keep on track (and measure our KPI’s and make adjustments)
• and importantly the connection with other practices that are going through the same process, and the support and encouragement that this brings.

Sam Bowden has spent 15 years as a practicing vet. He has owned 2 practice’s in this time, each of them achieving phenomenal results in growth and profitability.
Sam saw an industry that was fighting itself through a lack of unification with negative outcomes for practice owners.

He started the United Veterinary Group (UVG) eleven years ago to unite vets into a large buying group and to allow them to share business education and ideas.

He is now a leading educator, mentor and facilitator on how to increase confidence, efficiency, work life balance and profitability for practice owners.

As he says “ Your practice is a mirror reflection of your inside world. By changing your inside world, you change your outside world” .

  • Coach you to a higher standard. We offer group coaching sessions and emergency calls for when you need extra support. 
  • Listen to you. We will be accessible and respond to you in 48 hours or less.

You Must
  • Be willing to implement the training and give it a fair chance to work

  • Keep your commitment participating fully and paying your program fees on time, and in full.
